MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
Three-Year Structural Limited Warranty
Liberty Trailers warrants the structural components of its trailers—including the main frame, subframe, cross members, hoist, hangers, and dump box—against structural defects for three (3) years from the original retail purchase date.

Two-Year Limited Warranty on Materials and Workmanship
Liberty Trailers warrants all non-structural components against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions, limitations and exclusions noted below:
IMPORTANT: Online registration of your trailer is required within 30 days from the date of first retail purchase to activate warranty coverage. Failure to complete registration within this timeframe will void all express warranties outlined in this document, except where prohibited by law.
- Third-Party Components: Parts like brakes, lights, couplers, wheels, tires, and hydraulic systems are covered by their original manufacturers' warranties and are excluded from this warranty.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear items such as paint, brake linings, tires, flooring, hinges, and bearings will not be replaced due to wear.
- Damage Caused by: Negligence, misuse, overload, or accidents as well as corrosive materials, pressure washing, or road salt.
- Modifications, repairs or alterations without Liberty Trailers' prior written authorization.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and extends only to the first retail purchaser. If the product is transferred or sold by the first retail purchaser, the express warranties provided herein are void. This Limited Warranty is only extended to trailers manufactured January 01, 2024 and later.
All warranty repairs must be pre-authorized by Liberty Trailers in writing and are subject to commercially reasonable labor rates and material costs. All authorized warranty repairs must use factory authorized replacement parts unless otherwise agreed by Liberty Trailers. Transportation costs to and from the approved repair facility and associated costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty and will not be reimbursed.
IN NO EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON OR ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL LIBERTY TRAILERS BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR WAGES, INVENTORY OR USE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES, TRANSPORTATION OR SHIPPING COSTS, FUEL COSTS, LODGING OR MEALS, COST OF CAPITAL, AND CLAIMS BY CUSTOMERS).
Warranty Claim Procedure
If you identify an issue with your Liberty Trailer, you must bring it to an authorized Liberty Trailers dealer within fifteen (15) days of discovering the problem for inspection. If the dealer is unable to resolve the issue free of charge, and you wish to make a claim under this Limited Warranty, the dealer must submit a Warranty Claim Form to Liberty Trailers via email, or through the Liberty Trailers Warranty Center within ten (10) days of initial review of the issue, including all required details. These include, but are not limited to:
- Trailer Model
- Trailer VIN
- Original Bill of Sale
- Description of issue
- Photos of defective parts/areas
Liberty Trailers will acknowledge receipt of the claim to both the dealer and claimant, either verbally or in writing. We will review the claim and respond promptly, no later than thirty (30) days after receipt.
If defective parts need to be replaced under this warranty, they must be shipped to Liberty Trailers via prepaid freight. All defective parts must be returned within thirty (30) days of approval to qualify for replacement.
Repairs or adjustments to a Liberty Trailer will not be reimbursed without prior written approval from Liberty Trailers. We reserve the right to decline reimbursement for unreasonable repair costs and may establish reasonable limits for reimbursement at our discretion.
