Great experience. Very professional yet warm and friendly. Not high pressure. Mike and the other gentleman were awesome. In the office, looked at trailers, bought one and down the road in 40 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

Bought a 20’ enclosed trailer. Wasn’t sure if I wanted an 18’ or 20’ and wanted to make sure it was tall enough to fit a sxs. Mike was very helpful with information and wanted to make sure I was educated on what theirs included as I was comparing to other dealers. In the end felt like I got the best value and what I wanted from Trailer Source.

Stood in the lobby for 20mins alone nobody seemed to be work i left without talking to anyone.
Update nope it was meant for you the day I reviewed the store was not the same day I was there. There was 2 other people waiting as while it was not just me and im 99% sure it was not your staff if it was your staff they didn't not even acknowledge that I was there which would have been unacceptable. But it's OK I will not be back I'll take my business elsewhere.

Good company! When I had a problem with my new trailer they (Kyle specifically), fixed the situation. No blaming, no excuses, just first rate customer service. After this amazing experience I wouldn't even consider buying a trailer anywhere else. Trailer Source brought me peace of mind, a rarity when buying anything these day.

Aimee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in knowing some of what I wanted but also knew I was new to buying trailers. Aimee listened to what I wanted and also politely educated me on some other factors I should consider. When it was all said and done I walked out an hour later with the trailer that was right for me I'm very pleased with the process in selection.

Friendly staff but lack of attention to detail at this company...let me explain.
Went in on a Thursday to pick out a trailer that I told them I would pick up Monday on my way home out of state (even ask if i needed to put a deposit down). Showed up Monday and no trailer was ready, acted as if they had sold it and where out of old stock. So had to go back in the yard to find another trailer (all the trailers are dirty so you can't see any imperfections). Luckily there was one left that someone changed their mind on. Thought all was good and go home with trailer.
I've have a busy schedule so didn't mess with trailer until days later I go to clean it up and use it. A closer look you can tell these trailers were transported stacked so some of the powercoating is worn down to bare metal in spots, a couple floor boards were end cuts so it's thickness varys. The biggest disappointment is the damn trailer door doesn't even line up to latch on one side with the pin hole. They obviously don't inspect their inventory before selling to consumer, didnt think that was my job. In a hurry just needed a NEW trailer I assumed was ready to go. Now I'm finding these details a state away.
***update: I would like to add they did follow up promptly after this to resolve the situation in any way possible. Again very friendly people to work with, was a pleasure to talk too, and professionally understanding as I know things happen. Made clear to me that they strive for the best experience possible. I would say if I'm looking for a second trailer I'll definitely take a look at their inventory again as they have alot of options! Thanks.

Amy was awesome to work with! They ensured I had the right equipment for what we will be using the trailer for. So far very happy with the Lamar trailer they sold us! Only paid price of the trailer plus Dealer fee I think was like $60 which is very fair in my opinion! No hidden bs or sales tactics that I was nervous about!

Was in a rush I needed to get an enclosed For work. Was referred to Kyle and let me tell you he took care of me and got me out of there in a timely manner. I went shopping around earlier in that day, but the experience there was definitely a 10 out of 10

Drove 6.5 hr each way from SW CO to TS in Hurricane, UT. Purchased a 14k Lamar 7'x20' H6 equipment trailer. Well worth the drive, bonus was I took a trip to nearby Zion NP (30 min. away). Got a very fair price from Hunter, with no BS doc fees. Had a problem with one of the safety chains, which Hunter had Lamar promptly send a replacement to me via FedEx. Very happy with Trailer Source and I highly recommend this business.

Throughout the process of purchasing my trailer I worked with multiple representatives at Trailer Source in Hurricane. Each was a pleasure to work with. Trailers are easy to find. Great people are not. I will continue to use trailers source for my trailer needs. Highly recommend.

Kyle and Hunter .. what can I say other than outstanding work! They worked hard to meet my expectations and really showed they cared. Expedited handling too once I arrived. I drove over 1200 miles round trip, past many other dealers, to buy here. People like to spend money with people they like and trust. I will be returning for my next trailer. Oh and important to mention, the pricing was on point but that’s just what got me to check them out and call. The rest was the people skills. Thanks again for making this easy
